Founder of Shamrock, he possesses over 50 years of industry expertise in the HVAC field and is an industry expert trainer for the Inspector™ infra-red camera technology. He is so passionate about customer relationships, he gives his personal cell phone number to every customer who owns a Shamrock system! He’s available to you 24/7 and he will ALWAYS put you first!

Denise O’Connor

I started working for Shamrock Heating & Air Conditioning in high school as part time office help.  I continued to do this throughout college and during that time I fell in love with Tom O’Connor, Jr.  When I finished with college, we got married and I started working at Shamrock full time.  I did a variety of tasks during that period including Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher.  I left Shamrock in 1998 to pursue other career opportunities and worked for the next six years in the flooring industry.  I left that industry as an Operations Manager in 2004 when I became pregnant with my first child.  I started to do some work for Shamrock after my child was born because they offered me the flexibility to work from home, which is exactly what I wanted.   Since then, I have continued to do the majority of my work from home while I take care of our two children.  I am currently working as the Marketing Director and really enjoy  using my creativity to help our company grow and prosper.  I care very strongly for all of our customers and our employees as we continue to strive to do the best job that we can.  We are dedicated and motivated to bringing the best HVAC service to DuPage County!
